Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust network infrastructures, including LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Proactively monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to maintain high availability and minimize downtime.
- Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers, ensuring seamless data flow and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, utilizing diagnostic tools and analytical skills to pinpoint and address root causes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Requirements / Other Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in any computer stream (3-4 Yrs) CCNA / CCNP Experience required Minimum 6 Years of relevant experience. Technical Skills Proficiency with networking technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and NAT. Experience with network & security equipment from vendors like CheckPoint, Cisco, Huawei, Dell, HP. Familiarity with tools like Wireshark, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, or PRTG, NetFlow for monitoring and troubleshooting. Advanced knowledge and hands on of networking protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, and QoS. Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade network equipment s switches, firewalls, NAC, WAF, Wireless Controllers, Access Points, etc. Expertise and proficiency in cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid environments. Knowledge and exposure on SASE & ZTNA solutions. Implement scalable and secure network solutions, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, cloud and hybrid cloud networks. Plan and execute network upgrades and migrations with minimal impact to business operations. Setup new office IT infrastructure in alignment with business requirements. Monitor network performance, ensuring optimal speed, reliability, and scalability. Analyze and troubleshoot network issues, implementing permanent fixes to prevent recurrence. Conduct capacity planning on network infrastructure and recommend improvements to meet future demands. Implement firewall policies and rules that align with organizational security requirements on Check Point firewalls.
