Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our schoolu2019s IT infrastructure, providing technical support to staff and students, and ensuring our systems run efficiently. As we require an immediate start , we are looking for a dedicated professional who is ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain school hardware, software, network systems, and server infrastructure.
  • Technical Support: Provide prompt, high-quality IT support to teachers, administration staff, and students.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the schoolu2019s Wi-Fi, interactive whiteboards, printing systems, and security/CCTV setups.
  • Software/Licensing: Manage software installations, updates, and school-wide licensing compliance.
  • User Training: Assist staff with the integration of educational technology into the classroom.
  • Security & Data: Ensure all school data is backed up and that network security protocols are strictly followed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Availability: Must be an immediate joiner (available to start work right away).
  • Education: A Bacheloru2019s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. (Degree must be attested).
  • Experience: Proven experience working in a school or academic environment is essential.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of network administration, hardware troubleshooting, and Windows/Mac OS environments, ERP.
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills to interact effectively with staff .
  • Professionalism: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
