Roles & Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive IT Officer to support and maintain the IT operations of Prime Food Company. The role is responsible for managing hardware, software, networks, POS systems, and user support across company locations to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Troubleshooting of technical issues
- Monitor system performance
- Maintain data security, and coordinate with vendors when needed
Desired Candidate Profile
F&B point of sale experience required
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and experience in hospitality or F&B environments are preferred
