JOB SUMMARY
RKH Qitarat is currently seeking an IT Officer to join our team and support service excellence across the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram networks. The role provides first and second line technical support through the Service Desk, handling a range of user issues from routine requests to more complex technical problems. The IT Officer will monitor and manage the Service Desk queue, ensure timely resolution of tickets, maintain strong customer service standards, and communicate progress effectively with users. The role also includes maintaining and improving SLAs and OLAs, developing training and knowledge base materials, identifying opportunities for automation and self-service, and supporting reporting and analysis of IT service performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates should have strong organisational and communication skills, 2 years previous experience in IT support or service desk environments, and a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
