Roles & Responsibilities

Key Activities:

  • Implement the day-to-day operation assigned for the IT operation section to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems.
  • Prepare reports of the IT operations.
  • Develop, support and manage the IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and operating systems.
  • Monitor the database administration, maintenance, performance and integrity to ensure data is clearly defined, consistent and accessible by users.
  • Communicate and interact with IT Planning and Development; obtain information and provide feedback.
  • Determine, investigate and address security issues.
  • Organize and supervise all IT activities.
  • Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Role:
To develop, manage, implement and support the IT infrastructure, IT Operation, information security and business continuity in order to ensure efficient, relible, and secure operations within the set IT department s policies and procedures and standard professional standard. Monitor all activities of IT unit and provide support all functions when needed.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in computer science, information technology, or any other related field, preferably with Cisco advanced certification.

Experience

6-10 years relevant experience in IT including at least 2 years in managerial positions.

Job related skills

  • Leadership, behavioral and technical.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
