Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day IT operations tasks to ensure smooth and uninterrupted businessbr>operations.
Resolve complex and escalated user issues accurately and efficiently to restore service andbr>minimize downtime.
Execute operational improvement plans to enhance efficiency and support business objectives.
Facilitate regular feedback and performance discussions with team members to align prioritiesbr>and drive continuous improvement.
Fair knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
Proficiency in server installation, configuration, and performance tuning
Experience with patch management and endpoint security.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Ensure all IT assets and software are updated in line with company policies to maintain securitybr>and compliance.
Manage and track IT asset inventory to ensure accuracy, availability, and alignment withbr>operational requirements.
Education Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology,
Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
2-3 years of proven experience in system administration in mediumbr>to large-scale environments.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)br>Administration.
Experience managing virtualized environments (Hyper-V) and cloudbr>infrastructure (Microsoft Azure), is a plus
Familiarity with backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and ITbr>security best practices.
Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for automation tasks is abr>plus.
Training and Certifications
Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associatebr> Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
ITIL Foundation certification.
CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification.
