Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
IT Operations Management
o Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, backups and cloud systems.
o Manage IT assets, licensing and inventory across the organization.
o Coordinate system upgrades, patch management and preventive maintenance.
o Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software and service contracts.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
o Supervise IT support and operations staff, providing guidance, task delegation and performance management.
o Lead incident management, root cause analysis and resolution of critical IT issues.
o Develop training plans and skill-building initiatives for IT operations staff.
o Lead regular operations reviews and status reporting to senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology or a related computer field.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, system administration and operational best practices.
7+ years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure roles, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and handle IT service delivery.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
