Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
IT Operations Manager (HR Access)
Operational management:
- Supervise the installation, deployment and operation of application solutions.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and the quality of service provided.
- Monitor major incidents and participate in post-mortem analyses.
- Managing prioritization, workload balancing, and scheduling.
- Contribute to process improvement (automation, standardization, documentation).
Leadership & HR management:
- Supervising employees on a daily basis (motivation, support, feedback).
- Participate in recruitment, integration and skills development.
- Co-facilitate annual reviews and manage routine HR topics.
- To contribute to maintaining a positive social climate.
Communication & Reporting:
- Prepare activity and performance reports.
- Participate in or represent the team in project committees and meetings.
- Communicate priorities, decisions and directions within the team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
With a degree from an engineering school or a technical university program, you have at least 10 years of experience in IT and a minimum of 5 years in IT production.
Technical skills:
- Good mastery of technical environments (Operating systems, Databases, Application Servers, Scripts, Orchestration and automation tools).
- Good understanding of application architectures.
- Mastery of an ITSM tool (Jira, ServiceNow).
- Knowledge of ITIL is a plus.
Human skills:
- Natural leadership and a sense of teamwork.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage crisis situations.
- Organization, rigor and a sense of priorities.
