Plan , coordinate , direct, and design all operational activities of the IT operations section, as well as develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization that enhance mission-critical business operations

Manage the operations of the IT including business requirements, project planning, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.

Oversee provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services.

Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures with HO, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.

Oversee negotiation and administration of vendor, and consultant contracts and service agreements.

Develop and review budgets for IT operations section.

Review performance of IT systems to determine operating costs, productivity levels, and upgrade requirements.

Analyse report on, improvement of the IT infrastructure and IT systems.

Develop and maintain an appropriate IT organizational structure that supports the needs of the business

Authorize and oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, and support of all hardware and software based on department needs.

Building reporting system and providing it as requested by Operation Manager from HO.

Supervising, coaching, developing and evaluating IT operation team performance.

Manging Domain servers (domain, backup ,file server, internal phone system

Manging and implement new project in Easy care company as new BU.

Managing Network security using Hardware firewall, routers, and switches

Responsible of designing, implementing and support WAN to connect Egypt and BUs of Africa and between Egypt and HO.

Designing and support network infrastructure LAN in Egypt

Assisting in organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources.

Providing service by co-operation between MIS team to meet users needs and to solve problems to reach users satisfaction.

Communicating with IT Head Office in IT Operation field to solve problems and implement new technologies co-operating with Operation Manager.

Provides support for the implementation of Health and Safety policies, procedures, and practices that create and install an organizational culture that recognizes employee safety and health issues.
