Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor All systems using the tools available.
  • To ensure that all services are up and functioning to serve the customer and reporting any failure to concern persons as per bank procedures.
  • Providing Daily and Monthly activity and statistic report uptime /downtime and batch statistic report.
  • Cooperating with other departments to accomplish tasks and projects
  • Ensure to follow the escalation procedure for reporting system problems.
  • To report any problem to person on call as per the defined/comply with procedure and ensure the escalation procedure is followed and to report.
  • Running daily task and supporting shift supervisor and provide handover when required.
  • Perform other duties as requested

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Equivalent .
  • 1-2 Years of Experience.
