Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT hardware, software, and services to support company operations.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best terms, pricing, and quality.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key technology suppliers and service providers.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess IT needs and ensure timely delivery of required products and services.
Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to recommend cost-effective and innovative solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and procurement best practices.
Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation accurately and efficiently.
Track and report on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance metrics.
Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or payment with vendors in a timely manner.
Support IT asset management by maintaining accurate records of purchases, warranties, and inventory.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
4-9 years of proven experience in IT procurement, purchasing, or sourcing roles.
Strong understanding of IT products, services, and market dynamics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Experience working in a construction or engineering environment is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in an on-site, office-based setting.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
