• Hands-on experience in core banking daily operations in Temenos T24 including Teller, Bancassurance, Investments, Deposits, Payments, Cheque Management, Clearing, Cards, Finance, Channels, Retail Loans, Limits, Treasury, Bill Payments, Salary Processing, and Direct Debit.

Test Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, design, and govern the overall testing strategy for complex digital banking, core banking, and financial applications.

• Ensure high-quality delivery by establishing automation frameworks, optimizing test processes, and guiding teams across functional, integration, performance, and security testing.

• Partner with Delivery Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and DevOps teams for test planning.

• Lead testing across SIT, Regression, UAT, E2E, Performance, and Non-Functional streams.

• Provide technical direction to functional and automation test teams.

• Review test plans, scenarios, and coverage for regulatory and compliance-driven banking programs.

• Demonstrate strong understanding of the banking domain.

• Interface with CXOs, Product Owners, and Program Managers.

• Provide quality dashboards, risk assessments, and release readiness reports.

• Support RFPs, proposals, and solutioning for Quality Engineering engagements.
