Job description:

The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining internal applications and systems, providing technical support to users, participating in the implementation of digital transformation projects and ERP and CRM systems, ensuring system continuity and information security, and improving the efficiency of technical operations within the company.

Main tasks:

Developing and maintaining internal applications and programs.

Design and development of reports and databases.

Providing technical support to users and resolving technical problems.

Monitoring system and software updates and ensuring their continued operation.

Contributing to the implementation of ERP and CRM projects.

Monitoring backups, information security, and implementation of technical policies.

Documentation of systems, networks, and technical procedures.

Participating in training users on systems and applications.

Contributing to the development and improvement of technical processes within the company.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

Experience in application and database development.

Good knowledge of Oracle Reports / Oracle Forms is an added advantage.

A good understanding of ERP and CRM systems.

Knowledge of networks, technical support, and information security.

Problem-solving and teamwork skills.
