Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring IT projects to ensure alignment with organizational strategies and goals.

• Coordinate project activities including scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignments.

• Track project milestones, monitor progress, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders and senior management.

• Facilitate effective communication between project teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects remain within approved scope and resources.

• Support the preparation of project documentation, procedures, and service documentation.

• Assist in implementing governance, compliance, and excellence frameworks within IT projects.

• Ensure projects comply with Qatar regulatory requirements and IT standards.

• Contribute to risk identification, issue tracking, and mitigation planning throughout the project lifecycle.
