Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and oversee software development projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a project manager in a software house, demonstrating a strong ability to manage diverse teams, deliver projects on time, and meet high-quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing software development projects in a software house environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
  • Certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are preferred.
