Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop timelines, milestones, and resource plans
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and clients
- Ensure system designs meet technical and regulatory requirements
- Review technical drawings and shop drawings
- Coordinate with ELV system vendors and integrators
- Supervise installation work according to standards
- Ensure work complies with specifications and safety codes
- Manage subcontractors and site staff
- Oversee system testing and commissioning
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams
- Ensure documentation is complete (as-built drawings, manuals)
- Track costs and control budgets
- Allocate manpower, tools, and equipment efficiently
- Provide regular updates to clients
- Handle technical clarifications and approvals
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and MEP teams
- Ensure system is fully operational
- Provide training to end-users
- Submit handover documents and secure project sign-off
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address project maintenance requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Typically 5+ years of experience in ELV system projects.
- Strong understanding of ELV systems
- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with design, installation, and commissioning of ELV systems.
- Hands-on experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
Experience working on large commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
