Job Objective:

The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating with various departments and team members to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, as well as managing resources and communication between teams.


Essential Job Functions:

Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Monitor and report on project progress, addressing issues as they arise.

Ensure resource availability and allocation.

Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.

Share project updates and manage stakeholder expectations.

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.

Evaluate project performance and implement improvements for future projects.


Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).

Strong communication and leadership skills.
