Requirements
- Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- Proven experience in banking, financial services, or fintech projects
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience using project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, etc.)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus
