Roles & Responsibilities
IT Program Manager/Project Manager with 12-15+ years of experience, managing large IT bespoke/ground-up development projects
Domain exposure to Shipping (Very Large Crude Container) is essential - covering Technical ship Mgmt. (Crewing, QHSE, PMS, certifications etc. ) and Commercial ship mgmt. (Chartering, Bunkering, Voyage planning etc.)
Prior experience in Shipping solutions like ShipSure, ShipNet etc. is desirable.
Should have run multiple large programs/projects from requirements stage to go-live and beyond, preferably atleast 1 such project in the shipping industry (container shipping)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external communication
Effective time management, project budget management & reporting and people management skills
Exposure to modern AI technologies/frameworks
Ability to innovate and think "out of the box"
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in Computer Science or Engineering
Excellent communication skills
Proven track record of project delivery and productivity improvement
Must available to join immediatley
