Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in sourcing and hiring technology professionals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially for IT roles, and should be familiar with hiring trends in the Saudi Arabia (KSA) region. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, understanding technical requirements, sourcing the right talent, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

  • Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for IT positions.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate experience, skills, and cultural fit.

2. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Understand job requirements and prepare detailed job descriptions with hiring managers.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment—sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate technical interviews and assessments for IT roles.

3. KSA Region Hiring

  • Handle recruitment for Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and Saudization requirements.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends, salary standards, and IT hiring practices in the KSA region.

4. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
  • Provide weekly recruitment updates, candidate status reports, and hiring insights.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external candidates.

5. Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
  • Improve recruitment processes through feedback and data-driven insights.
  • Support onboarding activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter (agency or in-house).
  • Strong understanding of IT roles such as developers, architects, testers, cloud engineers, system admins, etc.
  • Experience hiring for the Middle East/KSA market .
  • Knowledge of Saudization hiring requirements is preferred.
  • Good understanding of sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Gulf, Bayt, Indeed, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Familiarity with KSA visa processes, local hiring norms, and compensation structures.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously
