Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/strong> /p>
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Ensure timely preparation of comprehensive inspection reports with clear findings and recommendations .
2. Develop and implement the annual inspection plan along with Risk-Based Approach
3. Lead oversee the end-to-end inspection cycle, from pre-inspection analysis reviews, to reporting and follow-up.
4. Identify gaps, risks, emerging compliance issues, and oversee the existed controls and preventive actions.
5. Develop and maintain inspection methodologies, frameworks, and in line with regulatory updates.
6. Evaluate members compliance with related rules and procedures.
7. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support effective inspection outcomes.
8. Monitor implementation of corrective actions by members and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
9. Provide subject matter expertise and act as a reference point for inspection-related inquiries.
10. Contribute to policy development, regulatory reforms, and rule enhancements through insights gained from inspections.
11. Ensure documentation, records, and reports are maintained in compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

1. Carry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the company s standards.
2. Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company and the department.
3. Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
4. Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
5. Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
6. Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
7. Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Law or similar is required, Master Degree is preferred.
Professional certifications are preferred
3 + years of experience in regulatory compliance, audit, inspection, or risk management, preferably within financial markets.
