Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted technology advisor.
  • Manage existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and renewals.
  • Develop and execute account plans for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and updates in the CRM system.
  • Support the Sales Manager with reporting, negotiations, and client intelligence.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 12 years in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in enterprise IT solution or digital transformation sales.
  • Experience in the Middle East (preferably Qatar) is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
