Roles & Responsibilities

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Provide unique solutions and customer quotes and liaise with the relevant departments to ensure successful delivery.
  • Be responsible for selling the company s sales and distribution solutions to B2B customers.
  • Generate sales revenue and gross profit as per agreed targets and time scales.
  • Draw up a project proposal to include products and costings and design a complete sales solution.

  • Ensure successful delivery.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Ensure our solutions' timely and successful delivery according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

Candidate Profile:

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT sales.
  • Strong background in selling IT solutions/services (software, hardware, cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, digital solutions, etc.).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing enterprise and corporate clients is a plus.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.

Desired Candidate Profile
