Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Provide unique solutions and customer quotes and liaise with the relevant departments to ensure successful delivery.
- Be responsible for selling the company s sales and distribution solutions to B2B customers.
- Generate sales revenue and gross profit as per agreed targets and time scales.
- Draw up a project proposal to include products and costings and design a complete sales solution.
- Scope customer requirements,
- Provide unique solutions and customer quotes, and liaise with the relevant departments to
- Ensure successful delivery.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Ensure our solutions' timely and successful delivery according to customer needs and objectives.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Candidate Profile:
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT sales.
- Strong background in selling IT solutions/services (software, hardware, cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, digital solutions, etc.).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing enterprise and corporate clients is a plus.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
Desired Candidate Profile
3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT sales.
Strong background in selling IT solutions/services (software, hardware, cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, digital solutions, etc.).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
