Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The IT Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting the company’s IT products and solutions. This role requires a mix of technical understanding, communication skills, and sales expertise to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the IT sector.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT products, software, and services.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with clients.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, procurement, logistics) to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends, products, and market developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate leads.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT sales or technology distribution.
  • Strong understanding of hardware, software, networking, or cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • UAE driving license (preferred, if applicable).
  • Having good experience on selling IT products and understanding on technologies
  • Combined Cisco/DELL/HPE/HUAWEI/DELL EMC / Epson / HP computers
  • Detail orientated, analytical, ability to think quickly and high results orientated.
  • Be optimistic and good in self-emotion control, with a hunger for achievement but a humble Personality.
