Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a technically skilled IT Sales & Support Specialist to drive sales growth for our UAE-based trading company in IT products, including chips, computers, and hardware. The role includes developing local and international markets, generating bulk buyers and distributors, executing strategic sales plans, and managing B2B outreach to maximize revenue.

The candidate must have strong IT expertise to handle complex queries on microchips, hardware, and system components, provide product guidance, manage internal IT infrastructure, troubleshoot software and networks, and demonstrate, configure, and sell computers and IT systems to bulk clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or Business/Marketing with strong IT background. Proven experience in IT product sales, trading, or B2B technology distribution. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, chips, components, and software troubleshooting. Ability to generate bulk leads and develop distributors, resellers, and corporate clients. Experience in international and local market development. Skilled in negotiation, pricing strategy, and closing high-value deals. Proficiency in CRM systems, trade portals, LinkedIn, and email marketing. Hands-on ability to troubleshoot office IT systems and software issues. Strong communication and presentation skills. Target-driven, self-motivated, and commercially focused mindset.
