Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To ensure that all systems are working properly; support and assist end-users with any technical problems and IT related issues. Improve IT infrastructure for efficient day-to-day operations.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests and providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
Setting up accounts for new users.
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary and testing new technology.
Yearly inventory of IT assets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience providing desktop/IT support, preferably in a field support environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, basic networking.
Familiarity with IT security tools (antivirus, encryption, endpoint protection).
Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Familiarity with access control, CCTV systems, and AV/boardroom technologies.
Ability to think critically and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
Excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications are a plus.
Ability to travel to various office sites.
Must have a valid UAE driving license.
