Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Salesforce & CRM Infrastructure
Administer and maintain Salesforce platform integrations, including user access, permissions, workflows, and custom objects.
Support troubleshooting and optimization of Salesforce and AvSight-related issues (experience with AvSight is preferred but not required).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope and implement new Salesforce features or enhancements.
IT Systems & Network Support
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, desktop systems, printers, network, and software issues across offices and remote users.
Configure and maintain network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPNs, routers) for high availability.
Use remote assist technologies to troubleshoot and support staff in different global locations.
Perform system diagnostics and routine maintenance to ensure infrastructure stability.
Process, Security & Documentation
Ensure compliance with IT security protocols, backup procedures, and data integrity policies.
Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides for recurring issues and onboarding.
Identify areas for process automation or system improvement.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with the global IT team to resolve escalated issues and provide after-hours coverage for U.S. operations.
Support Dubai-based staff and troubleshoot across various platforms, ensuring excellent internal customer service.
Communicate effectively in English with both technical and non-technical users.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in an IT infrastructure or support role, with a focus on Salesforce administration.
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM configuration, user management, and workflow design.
Knowledge of AvSight is a major plus, but not required.
Solid experience with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Intune (Microsoft Endpoint Manager) is a plus.
Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac systems, basic networking, VPN configuration, and cloud-based tools.
Ability to provide support using remote assist technologies across distributed teams.
Ability to manage user requests, prioritize workload, and document solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent troubleshooting and customer support skills.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
