Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate incident response, ensuring swift containment, eradication, and recovery from security breaches, minimizing business impact.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive security policies, standards, and procedures, aligning with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead vulnerability assessments and penetration testing initiatives, proactively identifying and mitigating security weaknesses across the IT infrastructure.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and SIEM solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

  • Possesses relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.

  • Has at least 5 years of experience in IT security, with a focus on leadership and management.

  • Demonstrates strong experience in the financial services sector, with knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
