Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer calls over the phone, email, chat.

  • Acknowledgment tickets and work toward resolution as first line of support through telephone or remote support.

  • Assign ticket to other support teams

  • Monitor compliance to SLA, coordination with support teams for resolution proper breaching the SLA and ensure SLA is strictly followed

  • Prepare / generate / weekly report and share with all IT teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
  • Possess certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL Foundation are highly desirable, demonstrating foundational IT knowledge.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role, showcasing practical experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Experience in the financial services industry or a similar regulated environment is a plus.
