Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responding to customer calls over the phone, email, chat.
Acknowledgment tickets and work toward resolution as first line of support through telephone or remote support.
Assign ticket to other support teams
Monitor compliance to SLA, coordination with support teams for resolution proper breaching the SLA and ensure SLA is strictly followed
Prepare / generate / weekly report and share with all IT teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
- Possess certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL Foundation are highly desirable, demonstrating foundational IT knowledge.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role, showcasing practical experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Experience in the financial services industry or a similar regulated environment is a plus.
