We're Hiring: IT Service Desk Engineer!

• 6+ years of previous technical IT work experience with System Administration, Networking, or IT Support roles.
• Previous experience with supporting technical engineering or geoscience applications preferred.

Salary - 7000 to 8000

What You'll Do

• SCCM and other Microsoft Technologies:
• Creating users Thru domain controller/ remotely.
• Active Directory.
• DNS.
• configure DNS for the user.
• DSCP
• group policy.
• Emails: creating new users.
• configure outlook for the new user.
• (Exchange Question)
• is pop in IMAP.
• cache mode in outlook. Knows how to disable and enable in outlook.
• address book.
• User management
• supporting VPN.
• experience in Multifactor Authentication Solutions.
• Process of building new computers.
• windows update ex windows XP to 7 or 7 to win 10.
• Configuration of proxy server.
• solving print server issue
• autocad or any other application
  
  

What We re Looking For

Minimum 6 years of experience in an IT support role

• Advanced Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of business applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office Application Suite, Adobe, AutoCAD
• Operating System Deployment / Upgrade project experience
• Desktop and Laptop imaging
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Systems
• Disciplined trouble shooting skills
