Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve computer hardware and applications issues.

  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (Router, Access Point, Printer, Fax, Attendance Machine, Scanner, Copiers, Firewall).
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems with LAN, WAN, and VPN.
  • Provide support for MS Windows, Mac, MS Office, Outlook, Office 365.
  • Install, configure, and administer Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Configure and administer Cisco L2/3 switches.
  • Manage Antivirus, Backup, Maintenance, and Data Recovery applications (Kaspersky, Acronis, Ghost, Hiren s Boot CD PE).
  • Work with VMware vSphere: Install, Configure, Manage.
  • Troubleshoot and support POS systems and attendance devices (ZK/Morph).
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Technical Science, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Certifications: CCNA / MCSA (is preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid knowledge of user support principles and practices.
  • Suez resident is preferred /
