Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement better Control of Supply Chain process & Governance procedure.
Utilize Automating Procurement process by Oracle ERP System and TMT Portal.
Budget utilization Analysis to prioritise the End User requirements.
Provide System/Project requirements to Implement/Upgrade ERP/TMT System.
Support Contract Management team for ORACLE ERP related issues.
SPOC for existing ERP/TMT system to gather any requirement/Issues.
Negotiation of Contracts: Negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favourable agreements that align with the organization's goals.
Closely working with Vendors for Better pricing and quality Acting as the main point of contact for vendors.

Desired Candidate Profile

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), showcasing specialized knowledge.
Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in communications and IT contract management, highlighting proven expertise.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of the IT and telecommunications industries, enabling informed decision-making.
Exhibits exceptional negotiation and communication skills, facilitating effective vendor interactions.
