Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
End-User Support:
- First-line troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, and Office 365 issues.
- Handle password resets, printer issues, login failures, and application support.
Onboarding/Offboarding:
- Set up new users in Office 365, email, Teams, and business applications.
- Provision and configure laptops/desktops based on standard imaging.
- Ensure proper access rights, MFA enrollment, and software installations.
- Migrate users to MS Office365.
Hardware & Software Management:
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and consumables.
- Support ordering, tagging, and deployment of devices and peripherals.
Documentation:
- Log all requests and resolutions in a centralized ticketing system.
- Update FAQs and internal knowledge base as needed.
- Be the source of truth for any and all compliances in each group.
