Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Ensure network security and data protection
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
  • Provide technical support and training to staff
  • Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and licenses
  • Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery plans
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in network and system administration
  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, macOS)
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, ESXi)
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure)

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Certificate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, N+, MCSA ,Firewalls,Linux) is preferred

Experience & other qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
  • Proven experience with network management and system admin support
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, and software (Okta,Gsuite,Ms365,intune,)

  • Effective communication skills

  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
