Job Description
- Act as the first line of support, providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Assist in providing telephone, in-person and online support to employees in different company sites.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience.
- Bachelor s degree of Computer science or equivalent.
- Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting.
- Ability to work in a stressful environment.
