Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain IT infrastructure (networks, servers, devices, OS).
  • Monitor systems and ensure service continuity.
  • Provide technical support and resolve user issues.
  • Manage hardware, networks, software, and IT security.
  • Perform backups and regular system updates.
  • Manage user access and enforce security policies.
  • Develop systems and streamline processes with IT solutions.
  • Train staff and provide technical consultations.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Communications Engineering or a related field.
  • 2 3 years experience in IT infrastructure or support.
  • Experience with networks, servers, Windows/Linux, and IT security.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with security systems (Firewall, Antivirus, IDS/IPS).
  • Basic knowledge of databases (SQL Server, MySQL).
  • Ability to use monitoring/control tools.
  • Personal skills: problem-solving, communication, working under pressure, confidentiality, troubleshooting, initiative, continuous learning.
  • Candidates from Damietta Governorate are preferred.
