Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide first- and second-level support for all hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Diagnose and resolve user incidents efficiently via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
Manage IT assets, ensuring accurate documentation, labeling, and tracking.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and standard business applications.
Support end-users in troubleshooting ERP, email, and collaboration tools.
Ensure regular data backups and system updates in alignment with IT policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT service quality and process improvement.
Escalate critical incidents and coordinate with global IT teams when required.
Assist in implementing and supporting new digital initiatives and automation systems.
Maintain documentation of IT configurations, solutions, and incidents for knowledge sharing.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3 5 years of proven experience in IT support or system administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Hands-on experience with Windows servers, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of hardware maintenance and software installation.
Experience with ERP systems and ticketing tools is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Fluent in English.
