Roles & Responsibilities

IT specialist is required for a multinational consultation engineering company located in Cairo


Responsibilities:
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues (hardware, software, network) in a timely manner.
  • Set up and maintain office IT infrastructure (internet, LAN/Wi-Fi, printers, devices).
  • Install and configure computers, laptops, and basic software.
  • Support employees with IT-related requests and technical issues.
  • Monitor and maintain network performance and connectivity.
  • Coordinate with external vendors when necessary (ISP, hardware providers, etc.).
  • Maintain basic IT inventory (devices, accessories, licenses).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science or any related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience.
  • General understanding of networks (LAN, Wi-Fi setup, routers, switches).
  • Ability to troubleshoot common IT issues independently.
