Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers (physical & virtual).
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and file servers.
  • Perform regular backups, restoration tests, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks.
  • Install and manage switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Implement VLANs, VPNs, and network segmentation.
  • Monitor network traffic, bandwidth, and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Ensure network security (firewall rules, intrusion prevention, access control).
  • Act as first point of contact for IT support tickets (hardware/software issues).
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to PCs, laptops, printers, and applications.
  • Maintain IT inventory (PCs, servers, network devices, licenses).
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • From 4 to 6 years experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and helpdesk support
  • Familiarity with backup solutions and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/ servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, Switching)
  • Programing knowledge is a plus.
  • Good command of English Language
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
