Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Business Process and System Manager SAP B1
- Design and continuously improve business processes related to SAP B1, working across departments
- Develop and communicate the vision and roadmap for SAP B1
- Proactively take part in the company overall strategy for developing and integrating IT systems
- Coordinate system enhancements with external suppliers
- Project manager for ERP projects and ERP implementation
- Coordinate integrations with SAP B1
IT Technical Support and Services
- Manage user accounts, permissions , email systems and file servers
- Install, configure and upgrade networks (Switches, Routers, Access Point, NVR, etc...)
- Optimize Cisco call manager, company phone gateway, lines, and IP telephony solutions
- Install and repair computers, phones, printers, copiers
- Manage the Office 365 portal and its applications and services
- Help users be more productive and secure using Microsoft products (SharePoint,OneDrive,Teams etc...)
- Assist and support end users in the use of computer technologies
- Implement and manage different server roles and follow up server hardware maintenance
- Ensure network security and data integrity
- Implement and manage data backup procedures to ensure data integrity and availability
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with a minimum of 3 years experience in related field
SAP experience will be a plus (not obligatory)
Ability to handle complex technical tasks independently
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
