Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Provide technical support to staff and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect company data.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of new technology.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT processes and systems.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bacheloru2019s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
