Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Receive incoming IT stock; verify against PO/DN and update inventory records.

- Maintain organised stores layout: bins, racks, labelling, FIFO/FEFO discipline.

- Pick and pack stock for asset deployment teams; generate transfer notes.

- Issue consumables and accessories to users at the counter.

- Conduct daily/weekly cycle counts and quarterly full audits.

- Coordinate with logistics for inbound deliveries and reverse logistics (RMA, disposal).

- Maintain low-stock alerts and trigger replenishment requests.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Diploma or Bachelor's in IT, Logistics, or related.

- 3+ years in IT / technology stores / warehouse coordination.

- Strong inventory management discipline with tooling (ServiceNow, SAP MM, basic ERP).

- Solid Excel skills for counts, reports, and reconciliations.

- Native or fluent Arabic AND professional English non-negotiable.

- Comfortable with light manual handling (lifting, racking).

- Currently in Qatar OR willing to relocate within 45 days.
