Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. IT Strategy & Governance:

  • Develop and implement a group-wide IT strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Establish IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks across all entities.

  • Standardize systems and processes where applicable across subsidiaries.

  • Advise management on IT risks, investments, and opportunities.

2. Infrastructure & Operations Management:

  • Oversee all IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and cloud systems.

  • Ensure high system availability, performance, and reliability.

  • Manage IT support services including helpdesk and incident management.

  • Supervise IT vendors and outsourced services.

3. Systems & Applications Management:

  • Manage ERP systems and business applications across multiple business lines.

  • Ensure integration and data consistency across group systems.

  • Oversee system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

  • Support business units in selecting appropriate technology solutions.

4. Cybersecurity & Risk Management:

  • Develop and enforce information security policies and controls.

  • Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and incident response planning.

  • Ensure protection of company data and digital assets.

  • Maintain cybersecurity awareness across the organization.

5. Digital Transformation & Innovation:

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across the group.

  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.

  • Promote data-driven decision-making through analytics tools.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.

6. Budgeting & Vendor Management:

  • Prepare and manage the IT budget for the group.

  • Optimize IT costs while maintaining service quality.

  • Manage procurement of IT systems, licenses, and services.

  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.

7. Team Leadership:

  • Supervise IT support staff and technicians.

  • Set performance objectives and support employee development.

  • Ensure alignment of IT services with business needs.

8. Compliance & Regulatory Alignment:

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.

  • Maintain documentation, licensing, and audit readiness.

  • Coordinate with internal audit and external regulators.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Master s degree or relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP, CISSP, etc.) is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, including managerial roles.

  • Experience in multi-entity / holding group structure is highly preferred.
