Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

IT Operations & Infrastructure:
Oversee daily IT department activities, ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient system performance.
Manage all networks across branches and head office, including POS systems, CCTV, and local area networks (LAN).
Monitor system security, performance, and availability.

Systems & Applications Management:
Manage and support company solutions, including:
Oracle NetSuite
Revel POS
System integrations
E-commerce platforms

Mobile and business applications:
Coordinate troubleshooting, upgrades, and integrations to ensure system reliability.

Hardware & Deployment:
Set up, configure, and maintain IT hardware such as laptops, printers, POS devices, and peripherals.
Ensure proper documentation and asset tracking.

Help Desk & User Support:
Provide first- and second-level technical support to users.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
Maintain support tickets and ensure high service levels.

Budget & Procurement:
Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Procure new technology, hardware, and software as needed.
Evaluate and recommend technology solutions aligned with business needs.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
Manage vendor relationships and oversee supplier contracts.
Liaise with internal departments to understand requirements and deliver IT solutions.
Coordinate with external service providers for support and project delivery.

Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and system records.
Prepare reports on system performance, incidents, and operational issues.

License & Access Management:
Manage and administer all software licenses across the organization.
Oversee Microsoft licenses (Microsoft 365, Exchange.) including user provisioning, access control, and renewals.
Manage email systems and licenses, ensuring availability, security, and compliance.
Monitor software license usage to ensure compliance and cost optimization.
Handle license procurement, renewal, and decommissioning.
Maintain accurate records of licenses, subscriptions, and expiration dates.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve licensing issues and ensure contract compliance.
