Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for end users, systems, networks, email, and applications.
  • Act as the primary contact for ERP, HRMS, and POS L1 application support.
  • Maintain IT infrastructure across offices and stores, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with distributed teams to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT and business units to align IT services with business needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of tickets, incidents, and service requests in the ITSM system.
  • Track and manage IT assets, SLAs, and service delivery compliance.
  • Analyze recurring incidents and recommend preventive solutions.
  • Participate in service performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with IT service management tools and frameworks (e.g., ITIL).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in Food and Beverage, Hospitality or retail is must.
