Roles & Responsibilities

Description :

  • Timely Resolution of End User Issues: Ensures prompt resolution of IT-related problems raised by end users, meeting their satisfaction.
  • Remote/Onsite IT Support: Provides remote and onsite IT support to end users, addressing issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Comprehensive Desktop Support: Delivers support for desktop systems encompassing operating systems, hardware, networking, peripherals, email, and basic applications. This includes installation, upgrades, and remedial assistance.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conducts preventive maintenance for desktop systems and associated peripherals, ensuring optimal functionality and proactively addressing potential issues
  • Collaboration with IT Teams: Collaborates with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and compatibility of desktop systems with broader IT infrastructure.
  • Implementation of Security Measures: Implements and reinforces security measures for desktop systems, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
  • Adherence to IT Policies and Procedures: Ensures strict adherence to IT policies and procedures, maintaining a secure and compliant IT environment.
  • User Feedback Analysis: Gathers and analyzes user feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in IT support services.
  • Coordination of IT Projects: Collaborates in the coordination and execution of IT projects, providing expertise and support where necessary
  • Maintaining IT Asset Registry: Manages and maintains an up-to-date IT asset registry, ensuring accurate records of all IT assets, their configurations, and lifecycle management

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Electronics & Telecommunication.

Professional Experience :

+1-year experience in IT support.
