Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and analytical support for service desk tickets.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, POS, and peripherals.
  • Support day-to-day end-user IT issues and handle incidents through to resolution.
  • Perform hardware/software installations, moves, and relocations.
  • Support new site setups including client device configuration.
  • Coordinate with internal support teams for issue resolution and escalations.
  • Ensure timely closure of tickets and adherence to SLAs.
  • Perform system testing, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
  • Travel within KSA and work flexible hours when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support role.
  • Valid Saudi driving license – Mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, desktops, laptops, printers, POS devices.
  • Good understanding of networking basics and OSI model.
  • Knowledge of wireless technologies and mobility devices.
  • Linux knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure.
