Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Network & Security: Configure L2/L3 switches, Firewalls (VLANs, VPNs), and manage CCTV and Access Control systems.
Microsoft 365: Handle Office 365 administration, user licensing, and advanced Outlook troubleshooting (PST/OST, profile syncing).
Windows Administration: Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server environments.
General Support: Provide desktop support for hardware, software, and VoIP/Telephony systems.
Administration: Office 365 Admin Center, and Windows Server 2019/2022.
Networking: Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall rule implementation.
