Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Preparation of IT documentation, including IT requirements, terms of reference (ToR), and technical reports;
Technical support and infrastructure management, which involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring servers, networks, and IT security components, as well as providing support for software applications and peripheral devices.
Desing IT infrastructure and solutions for different customers in Africa,
Provide some support on via phone, email, or in person for customers.
Doing on site and remoteI nstall, configure, and update software and peripheral devices.
Design and provide repots and some important IT documents.
Collaborate with customers on a project or to solve an issue or incident
Collaborate with different department on projects and different documents.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and advancements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, and security solutions
Proven experience in troubleshooting and technical support
Excellent documentation and reporting skills
Strong communication skills with customer-facing experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
Good understanding of the ITIL framework (ITIL certification is a plus)
Solid experience with Cisco technologies (CCNA / CCNP level) and Cisco security solutions
Experience with Fortinet solutions is a strong advantage
