Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide technical support and maintenance for the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring systems, networks, and equipment function efficiently with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve network, server, and system issues.
Manage storage, backups, and data security.
Support and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Configure and maintain company emails on computers and mobile devices.
Manage CCTV systems and provide video recordings when required.
Administer biometric attendance systems (user enrollment, reports, etc.).
Handle telephone system issues and coordinate with service providers.
Provide first-line support to all staff for IT-related issues.
Procure and maintain IT equipment and software licenses.
Assist staff with Dubai Trade and shared folder access.
Additional Tasks:
Scan and upload finance documents to the server, organizing them date-wise.
Retrieve and provide digital files upon request.
Maintain IT documentation and logs of troubleshooting activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are advantageous.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an IT support role or help desk environment.
- Experience in troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as common software applications.
